Producers are persons or organizations in the candle industry. They have websites which sells candles and/or candle products. There is no cost to being a Producer and Producers are permitted sell any products with or in association with our product offerings(Diri,Binky or Bibi). We require Producers to have a website where they have our logo which links Pomonaroma.com in a prominent place where it can be seen by all users.
Producers can sell “Diri” packages and cartridges directly to the end user through their website or “brick and mortar” stores however, they must order the packages directly from Micheon where we stamp the package as authentic. Micheon(owners of the “Diri”) will prosecute to the fullest any Producer selling their own version of the “Diri”. “Diri’s” cannot be sold individually. The “Diri” from any Producer can also be sold on Pomonaroma.com directly where the Producer can set the price of their offering.
Producers, through a licensing agreement can sell any of our products under their own name and logo. Under the appropriate license, “Diri” packages and cartridges can be sold under the Producer name as long as the authenticated package is in the original packaging as part of the offering.
